Everything works adding items to the cart, but it will not process credit cards at all. Ideas?

Hi I tried your checkout and the only thing I noticed was that I was switched from the URL with the "www" to one without when checking out. I'm not sure if that is the reason for the problem but which payment provider are you using and what error do you get? Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

Apparently the transactions don't make it to Authorized.net! There are no unauthorized transactions listed!

Can you check your set up with our example here of AIM https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/phphelp/ecommplus/authorizenet.asp - if that looks ok, I would call auth.net to see if there is a problem with your account. I would also add this to your .htaccess file <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^ yoursite\.com [NC] RewriteRule (.*) http://www.yoursite.com/$1 [L,R=301] </IfModule> to force people onto the URL with "www" making sure the Store URL and https url in your main admin settings both include the "www" Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

I talked with Authorize.net, and everything is good on their end.
The store is now in test mode for you.
Not sure where to locate the .htaccess file.

Thanks for adding that. It stopped working yesterday. I have not made any other changes ??? What if I backed up my store and re-uploaded my old store to see if it works?

I checked your settings and they may be ok but obviously I can't be sure so go into your auth.net admin and check the API Login ID and Transaction Key, and compare those with what you have in your store admin. I think you are able to generate a new Transaction Key so that might be worth trying. Your API Login ID may be incorrect but again I can't be sure. I ran the updater on the store just in case. I talked to Authorize.net and they said nothing has changed on their end. They wanted me to ask you to get the response code that is being sent by the software and let them know what it is.
