Version/updater number in which file? SOLVED

I had this a few days back but now I am unable to locate it. If I recall correctly matheny00 posted the answer on here What I am looking for is the actual file in the vsadmin folder which holds the actual updater version number in the very first few lines of the file - eg 6.9.3.003 Help !!!!
