I've just moved a development site from my server to the clients 1 and 1 hosting account and there's a glitch on navigation using SEO urls for some reason. If I disable them it's fine.

Go here - https://www.silverandglass.com/category/ - choosing any category takes you to all products. I'm 100% sure the set up is correct but I'm struggling to work out why this is happening unless it's specific to their hosting package, it was fine on my server.

Version is 6.9.3 PHP Version is 7.1

Any pointers would be helpful please.

I've seen something similar on Godaddy - if you change /products/ to /product/ in includes.php and the .htaccess file does that work for you?
