Yes, that setting is on. The site is hosted on GoDaddy so that may be the issue as someone pointed out.

This has happened in the past but was rare. Now, this is happening all the time for the last few months. I just do not understand

In your PayPal account you can view your IPN history and see what happened to the ones that failed. Could you have a look at that? If you have trouble finding the IPN history, please let me know.

Within your PayPal account go to profile > profile and settings > my selling preferences > under instant payment notifications > update and you'll see a link in there to view the IPN history.

It shows for each order Disabled. I did a search for the last 5 days

That suggests that due to all the failures the IPN function has been disabled. Can you check once again in your settings that IPN is actually enabled?

You may have to contact PayPal to re-enable it perhaps?

I just went into PayPal and IPN is still on. I did notice under Website Preferences it was redirecting back to the former url although we have always been getting payments.

I updated that with the new Domain but dont know if that will have any affect on the IPN

So you're using the PDT key which is entered in your admin payment provider?
Have you tried a test transaction since?

Yes the token is in there. How can I find it in Paypal in case something changed?

Yes, and 3 consecutive orders came in with PayPal Standard and the same thing NO IPN.

This happened in the past sporadically but never to this level. I just don't know what changed to cause this.

Should I speak with GoDaddy or PayPal?

Hi,
First of all I would take another look at the IPN history in your account and see if it gives any indication as to why this is happening, if there's no clue there I would speak to Go Daddy and ask them if it's being blocked at all.
