I am receiving the error message, Login Disabled (Flood Control. Please wait 5 seconds between login attempts) I have never seen this. Is there any way to override this??? I need to login! Thank you. Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 07/27/2018 : 06:46:02 Hi Donna Upload the password reset file from here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/troubleshooting.asp#asp8 and after you change ther password, in the same browser window type in www.yourstoreur.com/vsadmin/admin.asp and you'll be able to access the control panel. Delete password.asp when you are finished. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software
