Hi,
A couple of questions please!
1. Since upgrading the site in wordpress to the latest version, and also updating eCommerce shopping cart, the following pages about us, contact us, news, and delivery are showing Sorry No Results Found where the content should be. It also states The page you requested could not be found. Try adding to your search.not showing.
2. What is the correct syntax to use to get the best sellers correctly identifying in the widget side bar. At the moment it is showing the image, the options and the full description on the store pages. And on the index page, no image, full description and the options.
Regards

Hi Trevor quote: 1. Since upgrading the site in wordpress to the latest version, and also updating eCommerce shopping cart, the following pages about us, contact us, news, and delivery are showing Sorry No Results Found where the content should be.
Were these pages that you created in WordPress? Were there entries in the .htaccess that have maybe been overwritten? Have you got a backup to check? For issue 2. I found a small problem when testing this and it was causing the image not to appear on some pages. I really think it is the cause of your problem here. I've added the fix to the updater so if you could get a new copy of the vsadmin/inc/incproductbody2.php script that should solve this I believe. Hi Vince,
These were new pages I created in wordpress. Not sure about the .htaccess I could see them when I created them, then updated Wordpress to 4.9.8 Then the pages disappeared.
I also applied the latest update on eCommerce software just now and still get the same result Vince.

Hi Vince,
I have tried to recreate the pages in wordpress, and still get the same error message on the pages.
As regards the images showing up on the best sellers on the right hand side of the page. These are now showing up. But it also shows the options and the description, which makes the page look untidy. It could well be that I have the syntax code slightly wrong in the php code widget, which is why it shows the options and a full description. :-)
Appreciate that. Thank you, email sent Vince.
Kind Regards.

Hi Trevor There is a parameter to set the layout of each product for just the Cross Sell items, and that is... $GLOBALS['csproductpagelayout'] I've set that in your vsadmin/includes.php file for the moment to... $GLOBALS['csproductpagelayout']='productimage, productname'; ...so you just have the image and the product name displaying in the side bar. If you want more (or different) elements just change that parameter. You can choose from the following elements... productimage, addtocart, productid, sku, productname, manufacturer, discounts, reviewstars, instock, custom1, description, options, listprice, price, currency, quantity, dateadded, custom2 I'll look into the disappearing pages now. Hi Trevor I had another look at this today and it seems that if you disable all the plugins then the location of the permalink changes and it is accessible. For instance, the about page is at... .../cart-php/about-us/ But with all the plugins enabled you get a location like this... .../aboutus.php/ ...and that isn't accessible. So it has something to do with one of the plugins. Could I leave it to you now to narrow it down as to which plugin it is causing this? Then let us know if you need more help Vince Click Here for Shopping Cart SoftwareClick Here to sign up for our newsletterClick Here for the latest updater

Hi Vince, I deactivated all of the plugins, and the reactivated one by one. The one taht appears to be causing the issue is ECT Custom URLs.
When I activate it, then the pages disappear.
Thanks & Kind Regards.
