This never happened before I installed Froala. In all instances, sites are ASP v6.9.4, Access database, ServeLink latest gen servers.

Any time there is an <img src=""> seems a class is added after I save the description, short or long. If there is already a class in the <img src="">, it will add <img src="" class="myclass fr-fic fr-dii">. If there is no class, it will add <img src="" class="fr-fic fr-dii">. It only does this on <img src=""> and not a href like <a data-thumb-id="ColorThumbnails" href="image.jpg" title="Image">.

This does not happen on any static pages nor on parts of a dynamic page that are not edited in Froala. Just the Froala parts regardless of the image type. It also happens whether you edit through the prod admin or upload a CSV then go look at the prod admin and on existing descriptions that have not been edited since Froala was installed. While it does not seem to have an adverse effect on the page when it renders, it is visible in the source code.

Anyone have a clue as to why this happens?

Hi Marshall

Seems it's a default thing for Froala - I found this https://github.com/froala/wysiwyg-editor/issues/1270 - like you say it does no harm but can't really see the point of it at the moment so I'll ask if it can be removed.

I did a quick, emphasis on quick, search through the Froala files and could not find any reference to it.

I've had a look, Marshall, and it seems that in some cases these classes can be removed but that would involve removing other functionality (as they are used internally by Froala). As they don't seem to be doing any harm maybe in this case it would be best to just ignore them.
