Is there a way to have two instances of multiple purchase placed together instead of two seperate groups?

For example I would like to let a user to select color and size and place the number they would like to purchase like below.

L XL XXL
RED
GREEN
BLUE

I'm not sure I follow 100% what you mean there - sorry! Are you referring to a layout perspective or functionality?
