Payment not received yet sale is approved

abbyeagle Starting Member Australia 47 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 09/01/2018 : 18:37:48 Hi, I just rec'd notification of a sale. The customer purchased 2 copies of a digital download product. Total value $96.00 - which is a bit weird because most people would correct the number of items rather than paying twice the value. The payment should have been made via PayPal but there is no notification from PayPal of a sale - i checked my PayPal account and their is no record of a sale to this customer. I rec'd an email with a copy of the invoice and the invoice shows that they purchased 2 copies of the item for $96.00 and they have been given the download link and instructions. I would appreciate it if anyone could give me their insights into this situation?
