Ok so have set the server with a scripttimeout to 8min. Execution timeout to 8 min. All at server level. Checked the website level all values followed through.

Changed the Server.ScriptTimeout to 289 in the inccsv

Every time I try to upload the file it claims the script ran for 114 seconds then times out.

Any great ideas? What setting have I missed because its very consistent at timing out at this point.
