 UPS International shipping problem

Hi,

I have been shipping within the USA only via UPS, and now setting up UPS International shipping from USA to Canada. I am getting the following error when checking out using a Canada address:

"The selected service is not valid with the selected packaging."

I have an account registered with UPS. The estimate calculator and shipping rates are working for domestic (USA) shipments. Here are my current settings:

Admin main settings / Shipping & Handling Settings'
Use Alternate Shipping Rates: Don't use alternate rates
Shipping type for domestic shipping: UPS shipping
Shipping type for international shipping: UPS shipping
Zip: My state zip is entered
Shipping weight: LBS

Includes:
$upspickuptype="03"; Also tried $upspickuptype="01"; but same error.
$defaultshipstate="GA";

Any ideas?

Failed to mention that Canada is enabled under "Countries".

Hi Brad

In the admin shipping page for UPS can you check which shipping methods you have enabled for International?

These are enabled in UPS Shipping Methods:

UPS Ground
UPS Worldwide Expedited

As a quick test do you get the message if all UPS international methods are enabled?

Andy,

I selected the other Worldwide shipping options (UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Express Plus) then submitted. Refreshed my cart and get same results.
