We are shipping item that are with Overweight (50 -100 Lbs) and Oversized. We are using the UPS shipping method.
Are there any settings needed to accommodate these?

When I go to https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/ups.asp#ups2
under "UPS pickup" and use $upspickuptype="01"; "03" or "06" the rates still do not match the published UPS rates (they are all less than UPS). This is a substantial shipping cost loss with the weight of the products (16 to 80 pounds).

I have also set $defaultshipstate="CA"; with no luck.

I have gone to https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/phphelp/ecommplus/parameters.asp#split but don't understand $splitpackat=70; and $nosplitlargepacks=TRUE; Should I use these and is splitpackat allways "70"?

If the shipment is 80 pounds, is that one box that weighs 80 pounds, or several boxes totaling a weight of 80 pounds?
That's where the split pack setting comes in.
