The stock social links in the WP ECT do not include Instagram, how can we customize this?
If not, how do we remove it and use a WP plugin?

Thank you... I did see that for the product pages.
What about the "Connect With Us" social links at the footer of the WP ECT. This is the part we want to add IG too. If not we want to remove this part of the footer.

Sorry, didn't realize you were referring to those. What I would do is replace the Google+ icon as it's going to be closed down.

Upload your instagram icon here wp-content/themes/ectwpstyles/images/ and name it gplus_icon.png

Then in your theme admin add the link labelled Google + to your instagram page.
