I have just downloaded a clients v7.0 php updater but the build number in the incfunctions.php file reads - Build: 6.9.4.003. Has the incorrect version been sent? The link I received to download the updater shown the following on screen

Just checking back on another clients site I updated on 19th August 2018, the build number in that incfunctions.php file is Build: 7.0.0.000 That info is from the file on the server

The incfunctions.php file that came with the downloaded updater this evening is dated 18/09/2018 & shows as Build: 6.9.4.003 The one that I previously downloaded & updated a clients site with is dated 16/08/2018 & shows as Build: 7.0.0.000

I have just been checking with Beyond Compare the incfunctions.php file from the 16th August download and the one from this evening. It states there are two differences. Beyond Compare has highlighted the variations in red which are shown below

146,836 bytes for the file from 16th August to 146,929 bytes for the one downloaded this evening

Line 180 of the 16th August file reads - if([red]$[/red]isectstore&&$GLOBALS['smtpusername']==''&&$GLOBALS['smtppassword']==''){
Line 180 of the tonights download file reads - if([red]@$GLOBALS['[/red]isectstore[red]'][/red]&&$GLOBALS['smtpusername']==''&&$GLOBALS['smtppassword']==''){

I think the build number in incfunctions.php isn't correct but the version you have should be fine.
