I am having massive issues with my host and site been down for hours, they have now said:

We are facing below error in plesk
Error: Unable to connect to the data source using the defined settings. Server has returned the following error:
ODBCError HY000: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Disk or network error.
Here we need user ID and password.

What user ID and password? does my access database have a user ID and password?

if yes, is it my admin login details?

Microsoft Access? No, that doesn't have a user name and password on it at all, not sure what they are thinking there.

hi pete, dont think they have a clue - website has been down again for last 5 hours (second time in last 7 days)...

I sent you an email the other day about moving over to you guys, but on your UK servers - but my only concern is tech support... do you have a UK online chat system? phone lines etc?

Could you advise which of your solutions would be most suitable - i would want a dedicated server...
