We are using PHP v6.9.4
We attempted to add a product today and received the following error
"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '0,0,",0......and so on.... at line 1.

Suggestions on determining what caused the mismatch and how to correct? Thanks so much.

Hi John

Is this using the csv upload feature? If so can you post the line or few lines that are returning the error from the csv file?

Sorry for the delayed reply.
We are on godaddy. I see the godaddy stats are causing the code to appear on the product admin page. Is this just ugly or will this cause the SQL error (or another error)?

We are not using the csv upload feature. We just wanted to add a couple items so we clicked the "new product button". From here we got the code the other users have mentioned.

When we enter information (into the new product form) and select "submit" we get the MySQL error.

It may well be the stats code causing the problem, here's how to remove it https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=110647
quote:
Log in to godaddy account

under products select your hosting account. (select the drop down arrow to select the correct hosting account you need to modify)

to the right of your hosting account, click on manage

once you click manage, on the top right of the account will be a blue button that says "cPanel Admin"

to the right of that button are three little dots... click on the dots. There you can opt out of the stats code that godaddy injects into your pages.

The Godaddy stats did cause the sql error as well. To slightly correct the instructions to fix this on godaddy:
1. Get to the cPanel Admin
2. Click on the three dots
3. Click on "Help US"
4. Select "Opt Out"
You can opt in again after 24 hours (if desired). This is to generate Godaddy stats, not the site stats.
