Don't seem to be able to get Froala editor to work with IE11 - have to click within the Product Description box to get the Froala header icons to appear and then nothing happens when clicking on any of the Froala icons

We're currently on ECT PHP 7.0.1 with MySQL Version: 10.1.37-MariaDB and PHP Version: 5.6.38 and previously used CK Editor without any issues.

Just wondering if there are any minimum requirements server side in the php.ini default configuration etc... that are needed to get things working?

Your set up should be fine and you would have to click in the description field to see the icons - those however should work fine of course. I'll check IE11 but can you also check in another browser to be sure it's a browser "thing"?

Looks to work OK in Chrome and Firefox.

With IE11 Froala icons appear when you click in the description field but no hover text appears for any of the Froala icons and non of the icon links function.
