On Monday of this week our emails for confirming order with our customers as well as the email we receive to notify that an order was placed stopped being sent. We have changed nothing with the possible exception of an update in Plesk that would have been automatic. It has only affected one of our sites dogtagmachines.com. On the others the email is still working. We use Microsoft Office 365 for our emails.

I am going to try to have our server moved back to a previous date to see if that resolves the issue.

Please advise if you have any idea how to solve this.

Hi

The first thing I would do is go through the troubleshooting here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/email-help.asp - what version is the store on by the way as that may help searching for a solution?

I asked as PHPmailer is now included in the updater and admin from version 6.9.3 so that might be a good reason to update if you can https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=110212

Andy. I looked at the troubleshooting guide and everything looks fine. The email was working fine last week. We noticed the problem on Monday of this week. I changed nothing in ECT from last week until now.

If nothing changed on the store side of things, could you ask your host what might have changed server side?

Thanks, I have sent you an email. Can you make sure the latest dwt file is uploaded to the server as I'll need that to add the ectcart.js file
