Currently running ECT PHP version 7.0.1.
For as many years as I can remember on ECT we have used three levels of price based shipping for our UK orders. Product totals less than £33.33 ex tax = shipping price of £4.50 ex tax. Product totals between £33.33 and £62.49 ex tax = shipping price of £6.50 ex tax. Product totals Greater than £62.49 ex tax = shipping price £free of charge
As in previous years we ran a Black Friday promotion over the weekend with a site wide 10% discount on product totals.
Have noticed that this time round on the first page of the shopping cart the "You are only £xx.xx away from Free UK Shipping" and the shipping charge shown in the shopping cart total doesn't see to be updating/refreshing correctly depending on the combination and sequence of products in the cart.
As an example: Add one product to the cart which would trigger the £6.50 shipping charge and shipping calculates correctly. Add a second cheaper product (which would on its own would trigger the £4.50 shipping charge) to the cart which takes the order value over the value for free shipping and shipping calculates correctly. ...then delete the first product.... shipping charge drops to £4.50 ...then add the first product back in to the cart.... shipping charge stays at £4.50 and "You are only £xx.xx away from Free UK Shipping" does not change.
Any ideas what needs tweaking?
