Hi I haven't updated the store in a while. So ran updater as per video. BUT js file and ccs folders before running so went back and uploaded those file into httpdocs folder - there was already a css folder but no js folder. Then ran updater - all seemed to be ok but can't put things in cart and formatting of control panel is wrong. What did I do wrong?

You'll need to force a refresh in the admin to see the new css file, Ctrl+Refresh
