There are a number of Scottish islands which don't appear in the list of states in the United Kingdom country list - in particular the Hebrides. But looking at the states table in the database I see there is a generic Western Isles, which would probably be OK, but that doesn't appear in my control panel. Also some of the 'states' have a different stateCountryID, but they all seem to appear except the Western Isles.
Can you explain why Western Isles doesn't appear and would it cause any issues if I just added some more counties/states at the bottom of the list?

I'm not sure why it doesn't appear but there shouldn't be a problem adding it to the list in the admin states page.

It seems Western Isles is Australia - that's why it wasn't appearing. All sorted now.
