Hi,

Can anyone help please, I recently installed the above but, in use, the page isn't rendering correctly as all the actions are in a list with the text at the bottom, it looks as if the CSS is not being applied.

Any ideas?

I'm using Ecommerce PlusASP v6.9.4

The browser is Firefox but it renders the same in Chrome.

I tested here on two sites and it's working fine, can you force a refresh, Ctrl+Refresh and let us know if that sorts it out for you?

If you view source on a product admin page you should see a bunch of lines like this

There are about 10 froala css lines and more js files below them - do you see those?

Checking the froala css files I see some of them are empty meaning they haven't been fully uploaded eg

froala_editor.css
froala_styles.css

Can you upload the froala files again and check the file size on the server of those two and any others in the froala/css/ directory.

I am having an issue with Froala after applying the latest asp updater v7.0.2.

The icons are not showing in the editor. Just a bunch of down arrows. I took a screenshot and will email if needed.

There was some changes in the Froala editor since it was first released, so I suggest making sure you have a fresh copy, and upload that to the server - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/free_downloads.asp#htmleditor

It might be an idea to upload the froala files again to be sure everything is ok there.

I uploaded the Froala files again a few days ago (well after I applied the updater). I cleared my cache as well just in case that had something to do with it. Still showing blank...

Immediately after submitting my last reply I tried on a different computer and the Froala files are showing.

I'll try clearing my temp files again on my personal computer to see if that helps.
