Actually it's a code error on line 110 We already told you how to fix it in your support ticket earlier today, or you could most probably just remove the "../" from the include line and do it that way, if the two cart versions you have there are fairly close.
Can you give us an example of the code and the Microsoft new rules as I'm not sure what you're referring to there?
If it is the thanks / sorry page, they look the same because you are opening them directly in your browser, the content on the thanks page will be different following an order as it contains the order summary. Also I don't think the sorry page is actually used anymore so it's a moot point anyway.
