The majority of my products are media (books) which qualify for media mail. But I have been adding some items that do not qualify for that program. Is there an option to exclude certain products from specific shipping options?

It's not possible to make that connection unless for weight / dimension thresholds the product didn't qualify for a particular shipping method.
