Ran updater a few times 7.0.2
Admin goes to a 500 error when deleting product or Categories. Tried with chrome and Firefox.
Invoices are wacked using Chrome and Firefox.
Believe it or not. Invoices look ok and work using IE11

Were should I go from here ?

I would force a refresh in the admin, Ctrl+Refresh as you are probably seeing a cached version of the css file.

For the 500 error that may be related or it may be a permissions problem. If you can ask your host to turn off friendly error messaging that should tell you what the problem is and if indeed the permissions need changing.

Matt from Servelink figured out the deleting problem. We had the ftp password not set right in the image up-loader.
Andy your suggestion worked.
