Hi All,

I've been contacted by two customers who said they could not leave a review on my website. They were both using an iPhone (OS 12)

They filled out all the required fields, clicked on "I'm not a Robot" and Submitted their input and received the following error message:

Error, I'm sorry but your review could not be recorded at this time.

I do not have access to an iPhone so I can't test this. Can someone with an iPhone please submit a Test review? I've tried it on my Android and it works fine.

Hi Patrick, keep in mind there are some (includes) parameters that (can be set to) require minimum input and other things there, but I think the message would be different unless you have languagefile edits.
I just wanted to point that out in case you have some settings causing that.

Review submitted, worked fine for me iOS 12.1.2 on iPhone 6.

Thanks for testing that guys. The following is what I have in my includes file:

I wonder if the OS is a red herring and they had other problems like with the recaptcha and then the flood control throwing that message.
