This is my script in the <head>
<script type="text/javascript"> var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-18038188-1']); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })(); </script>

I was looking at my updating doc /tutorial and it says it should be:

<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/ectcart.js"></script>

Kindof confused

Hi Merritt

Those are unrelated. The first is Google Analytics code, the second is for the store so you would need both.

What about the JS folder in the update, I do not see it on my remote site.

could it be hiding somewhere?

where do I upload it on the site? CSS folder or just its own folder?

You can upload the whole js folder if you don't already have one. It would go at yoursite.com/js/

example not being able to utilize Cart:
https://www.apeironpackaging.com/XHDTRecessedhardwareHandleandwheelscases.php
https://www.apeironpackaging.com/APheavydutyshippingcase.php - could it be my product format? or something?

Try this - view source on the pages, find the link to the js file and click it to be sure it's working and linked.

OK, looked at the 2 pages, 1 local & one I pulled off the Host

On the first link you posted, I check the console (F12 on your keyboard) and I see this error - tform.onsubmit is not a function

Are you sure the site is updated to the latest version and the js file is from the same updater?

I just received the updater this AM.
V7.0.2

I just re-uploaded the JS folder to remote site from todays downloaded update folder.

Re-ran the updater.
The dbase upgrade was successfull.

I can add this page to not working pages. https://www.apeironpackaging.com/products.php?cat=18

Do you have any product or detail pages that are working?

So people can add to cart on your site I commented out

//$usehardaddtocart=TRUE;

Obviously things should work with that and it does on my test site so I'll need to do some digging to find out what is happening on your site.

When you purchase the updater for the other site, choose Yes Please for the Apply Updater option and we'll do it for you.

I have a 5 site license.

I only run 2 sites. I received an email this fall about Updating and paid my yearly.

when I contacted CS about getting a site updated for free(after a couple weeks lapsed) they would not doit for free.

I should be able to do it on my own as I have been doing them for over 6 years.

Each site will need it's own updater purchase, they are per site.

When you purchase an updater there's an option for us to apply it free of charge. At any other time we offer the service for a nominal fee of $20, but of course that's completely optional and you can run the updater yourself as you did on the site above.
