Can anyone help. I have a strange problem in that although the pop up calandar shows real date when picked on pressing add to cart button it shows a #NaN output in the cart of wishlist....Any ideas please. Thanks Mike

Hi Mike

Not sure I fully follow there. When you add to cart it shows correctly as something like this

Date 01/01/19

But when you move it to a wishlist it shows as

Date #NaN

Is that what's happening?

Hello Andy,

Thanks for getting in touch.

No, not quite that.
Before adding to cart....choosing the option of the 'popup calendar' and choosing a date, the date shows correctly in the popup option box.

However, after pressing either the 'Add to Cart' button, or 'Add to Wishlist' when the popup shows telling you it's been added, instead of showing the date in full as chosen, it shows #NaN. Looking at the Cart readout, ( or Wishlist) again it shows #NaN and not the date chosen.

Thanks, Mike

I'm not seeing that here. Can you let me know what browser and OS you are using along with the version of the store so I can double check that?

Can you also let me know if you are using any of the calendar parameters in vsadmin/includes.php listed here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/product-options.asp#text

Hello Andy,

I'm running macOS Mojave v.10.14.2.

$ectcaldateformat="dd/mm/yy"; is the only parameter set in 'includes.php'

Store version is PHP v 7.0.1

I'm using Chrome but it I've tested it and happens in all browsers.

Regards, Mike

Thanks Phil, I don't have a Mac here for checking right now so if you'd like to subscribe to this thread we'll post when we have some news.

Andy,
This test is on a PC - I'm seeing the issue on all browsers, FF, Chrome, Edge

That's odd. I've checked twice on the PC and and haven't seen it - will try again now though.

I've checked on two different sites, in different browsers and with different country settings and can't recreate it still. Out of interest and in case I'm missing something, do you see it happening here http://ectwp.com/Weekend-Sports-Courses

In case this comes up again the problem was down to having the "Is Multiplier" checkbox enabled along with the calendar in the product options admin page. Disabling the Is Multiplier was all that was required in the end.
