We've recently moved over to 20i - all seemed ok. I made some changes in our admin panel to some products on Product Admin and also to the content regions. I've gone in today and have found that it has all gone back to how it was when I first migrated it. 20i are trying to put it right for me but need to know the database name so they can see what backups are available. Simple question - how can I find out the database name - is it the one in the vsadmin/db_conn_open.php file that I need where it says $db_name = ?

That's right, it will be the one you have here "xxxxxx" in vsadmin/db_conn_open.php

$db_name = "xxxxxx"; // The name of the database you wish to use
