Error in Sales Tax Charge

Posted - 01/28/2019 : 13:58:45 I have a client in Texas that charges state sales tax only to residents of Texas, but also only on certain taxable products. They forwarded me an order that had 5 non-taxable items and it was randomly charged $0.11 for the total order. I logged in and manually verified each product and all 5 were marked exempt. Therefore, it should have not charged anything at all. We're running v 6.6.3 and this only just started happening and doesn't happen on all orders. It's a random thing. Any ideas?
