Max Number of Additional Sections

iaind Advanced Member 145 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 03/28/2019 : 04:31:17 Hi We've had this problem before - a few of our products go into multiple categories. I've just tried to change a product now and we are on 220 additional sections for it and it doesn't seem to want to save number 221. Like I said, we had this problem before and it was solved by adding $maxprodsects=250; into the includes.php file, however it seems to now ignore this and settle at 220. Can we change this as we do need that number of additional sections. Thanks

Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 03/28/2019 : 07:03:43 Hi IainD I don't think that parameter has been used for a while now and theoretically there is no limit to the number of sections. It may be though that your host has a limit set on the number of POST parameters (suhosin is one that's come up before that does this) and that could be causing the problem. Could you ask your host if there are any limits in place, and if so could they be raised.
