PHP 6.9.6
Since updating to SIM, there have been random unauthorized orders when paid with Authorize.net. The users have said the error message read hash error even though it is using a signature key. The purchases are showing up successful in Authorize.net even when this occurs. FWIW, this does not seem to be happening with PayPal payments. Any thoughts?

All the client has told me is that customers are reporting hash error. I will ask to see if they can get more specific information.
One thing I just noticed is all these orders are missing the AVS.

I've had a look just searching on "hash error" and haven't found anything useful. Often these errors are accompanied by an error code https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/responseCodes.html One thing you could try is to generate new keys for the admin and see if that helps at all. Also for the SIM, check the webhook URL is set correctly and active https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/phphelp/ecommplus/authorizenet.asp The problem with intermittent errors is that they are more difficult to pin down so sometimes looking at the error logs after a problem order can help Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

I checked all of that and everything is as it should be. And I was mistaken saying this is since updating to SIM, it is since updating to AIM.

From the site owner. That last person this happened to did not see any numeric error code, just that hash error.

Andy, I checked the server logs and there were no errors whatsoever. I am stumped.

Are there any other types of problems on the site, just wondering if somehow there's a glitch on the server or the communication with the server - the error logs though would probably report that type of problem though. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software
