I don't seem to be able to push out notifications when I change the status of an order.

I went to the email updates section on the store and checked all the boxes for any sort of a change.

The credentials look correct in the general email section. I am using servelink to host me so that's pretty straight forward.

Is there something maybe in the Includes I need to check?

Thinking back, when the site was in the mode that an order could be placed with just email (didn't have Authorize.net in place yet), everything worked. I received notifications from the store when an order was placed.

Once I put in the Authorize.net AIM checkout and got that all working, the only notifications I am getting now are from Authorize.net, nothing from the store. No thank you email, no status updates.

Not sure what to check next.

If you are hosting with Servelink the first thing I would do is look at the settings they provide for email here on their help page https://servelink.com/clients/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/17/How-do-I-configure-my-ecommerce-template-store-e-mail.html

Thanks Andy. I went back in following along with the Servelink instructions, retyped it all in along with the password for the mail, and now it's all working again.
