Adding a Product option with multiple selections

Have always used the Radio button option with Options as never been able to get the Multiple purchase option to work (easier to go around a castle than to attack it!).

If Multiple purchase is selected then nothing appears in the shop (radio and drop down options are fine).

What I presumed this should do is allow the customer to add multiple options to the item being purchase with tick boxes
For example
Car $1000
Select options
Add pink swirly things +$20
Add a diamond studded tyre +$500
Add Sat nav + $200

Total

All done in a product option as there are 20 different car types that need the option selected.
Would be really useful if this worked or if I knew how to make it work(!)
Using Ecommerce PlusASP v6.9.6

I don't think you can use multi-purchase for that.

Multi purchase is, for example, where you sell a t-shirt.
You can have multi purchase for the colors, and with multi purchase you can enter a quantity next to each option.
such as
5 red
4 blue
5 green
This would be 14 shirts purchased total.

If you want customers to be able to select any, or all of those options, then I think you would setup each as it's own option and then customers can say yes/no to each individually. Just as you have Delivery Method setup there.

Hi Andy,

Thanks - Have to do it the hard way although might be a nice feature to add!

Definitely need this feature. I've been "going around the castle" for years and sales would be so much higher if we could sell kits of items this way.
