dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10410 Posts	Posted - 05/23/2019 : 16:26:11 If the admin login is disabled you can upload the password reset file https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/troubleshooting.asp#php6 - make sure you delete it after use.

dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10410 Posts	Posted - 05/23/2019 : 18:11:41 You will need to use an FTP program like filezilla to upload the file to the location on your server where your store files are (the root).
