Hi Mark The custom payment forms you have on the site are for USA EPay and I just tried a test transaction and you do get directed to the USA EPay server. It may be that Complete Merchant Systems are the reseller possibly? As to if you have to get the PIN from them, I would get in touch with your contact at the payment processor and ask them.
While I am waiting on a reply from CMS about whether a PIN is required, I uploaded the new scripts and had them run a test purchase and it came back with "Gateway did not return a response hash"

They are also saying they are not getting any email notifications from the store informing them of an order. Could all of this be associated with a missing PIN that is required by the new scripts?
