Using Magic-thumb, is it possible to have the selected thumb image show as the image uploaded to the shopping cart and can a price difference be shown, as well, like a product option? This may already be possible, or this may already be discussed in another thread/forum. If so, please point me in the right direction.

That's not possible I'm afraid. I can't remember it coming up before as the thumbs are normally just alternative views.
