No IPN

DavidX Ecommerce Template Expert 936 Posts	Posted - 06/12/2019 : 11:55:45 I've had three orders (different people) between last night and today that are coming up "No IPN". I've checked and the payments have not gotten through to Paypal. One customer said it timed out while trying to pay. I'm currently on 7.0.4 but upgrading to 7.0.5 in a little while. I'm hoping the new version solves this but I thought I would get the ball rolling here in case it doesn't. What else should I be looking at?

dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10468 Posts	Posted - 06/12/2019 : 14:34:59 Paypal is (sometimes very) slow with IPN's since yesterday for us. I expect it will be fixed soon.

DavidX Ecommerce Template Expert 936 Posts	Posted - 06/13/2019 : 10:31:57 One of my customers says he shows a payment to us in Paypal but I don't see it on my end. I invoiced the other two customers who paid that way. I haven't heard if their original payments went through on their end but I don't see them on mine.

That's not normal. No other orders have come through in the past few days which again is rather unusual for the visual hits on my website with Google Analytics. Maybe you could get a friend to try a PayPal order to see what happens but I wouldn't make any changes just yet. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software
