After logging in as a customer, I first get a "Login Successful" message followed by a Firefox prompt about resending screen results, which is followed by "Sorry. We could not find that password reset key in our system." prompt on the Customer Account screen.
Because of this, some of our clients customers are reporting that the Password Reset doesn't work ... even though it DOES.
Any suggestions on preventing this unnecessary confusion?
