Unauthorized orders disappearing

EllenD Advanced Member United Kingdom 434 Posts	Posted - 07/12/2019 : 01:42:07 Hi, this is a strange one so I thought I'd post to see if anyone else has seen similar. When I log on to the dashboard, I see an unauthorized order along with some completed ones, in the recent orders section of dashboard. After clicking around the orders a bit, the unauthorized one has disappeared and I can't find it even by searching in 'orders admin'. The first time this happened I thought I must have imagined it, but this time I'm sure! Any ideas what the reason could be? ECT PHP 7.0.1 Thanks Ellen Edited by - EllenD on 07/12/2019 01:45:25

EllenD Advanced Member United Kingdom 434 Posts	Posted - 07/15/2019 : 08:34:12 Thanks Vince, I did have the option set to delete after 4 days so I've increased it. Guess it must have been a coincidence that I looked around 4 days after, and it got deleted at that time. Thanks for your help!
