Restrict Shipping to one particular region by weih

Posted - 08/01/2019 : 07:05:49 We have a client that wants to send goods to the Middle Easy but only wants to use Royal Mail who won't deliver over 2kg. Is it possible to restrict delivery up to 2kg to this region only? Michael Gilbrook
Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 08/01/2019 : 09:25:07 Hi Michael I think it is possible, yes as the Royal Mail uses the Weight Based Shipping system. So go to the Postal Zones admin page under Shipping Admin, then create a new Postal Zone for Middle East (or edit an existing one). Add the weight / price bands you require up to 2kg, and then for 2.01 kg, enter an "x" instead of the cost and this will disable that shipping method above that weight.
