Hi There, We are having an issue with Shipping details in Orders Admin not integrating properly with the Ship-To address in PayPal. Specifically we're talking about payment method "PayPal" (not PayPal Express), where customer first fills out a form on our merchant site, including Billing and Shipping addresses, then selects PayPal option and clicks Checkout again to redirect to and sign into PayPal for payment. The first problem is, once signed into PayPal, the Ship-To address is prepopulated with the *Billing* address entered in our form previously. Of course, if Billing=Shipping in the first form this is not a problem. But if they were different, now PayPal Ship-To is the Billing address. Now let's say the customer (while still at PayPal) clicks link to change the Ship-To address to something else, then completes payment. Here comes the second problem: this Shipping address customer selected while at PayPal does NOT show in Orders Admin. The Order page in Admin shows whatever the customer entered in the first info form (before redirecting to PayPal), basically ignoring new Ship-To address selection at PayPal. Now we would not know there's a new Shipping address unless we go into PayPal to check there. Not sure how often this would cause problems, but it does seem possible that once in a while a customer may select a different Shipping address once redirected to PayPal than the original "Billing" address entered at our form, however it might have been interpreted by this customer. Maybe they planned on paying with credit card but changed their mind when presented again with the PayPal option at the bottom. Please see if can assist with above.
