I am using Braintree and the whole credit card area is different. It used to have an area for paying with PayPal. Now there is no way to pay with PayPal at all.

That option is not available. Same setup as before. No separate button for PayPal either even though PayPal express option is selected. same as before.

Correct. It does not look like that. Does not have Apple Pay, Enable PayPal 3d secure.

I uploaded the files to the secret folder and ran the updater again. The PayPal button is on the cart page next to the Checkout button so we are able to take PayPal as before. The Pay with card area at the bottom of the payment page now looks better, all white not red. However, it appears as though there is no area for customers to enter their PayPal info there. The Braintree payment provider page still does not look like the updated version you showed me. I checked with Braintree and I do have the PayPal option enabled. And I would like to be able to offer all forms of payment including the Apple Pay. Thank you.

I don't see any change in the coupon/discount page either. (Start date End Date).
So some store files did not update. What can I do to check this out? As I mentioned I uploaded the vsadmin folder to both directories and ran the updater again.

Now my Back end orders pages are not formatting correctly. All one column.

Hi, it sounds like you may not have fully applied the updater files to the secondary admin you mentioned. There is an admin css file and perhaps that did not get updated.
How do you upload the admin files? FTP?
I would use an FTP program to check the dates of the files on the server. With the exception of a select few that is not included in the updater, all files should show the date you uploaded to the server.

You were right, some files did not actually upload. I uploaded all the files again. All the new pages are there now, i.e. the Braintree page and discounts, and formatting issues are gone now.
