Is there a way we can get the downloadable CSV to include coupon codes used in the orders. We'd like to be able to keep track of which codes are used on which orders.

I'm afraid it isn't really as the coupon code used isn't saved with the order. The discount amount and the discount text is but not the coupon code that triggered it.
