On my template there is a bar just under the navigation. It has a demo text of "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50 - READ MORE". In the html it is in the uneditable code. How do I change this?

That would likely be in the DWT file if it's in an area that is blocked from edit.
