You have a PHP error, take a look in your log files (error_log) and see what it is then report back

I believe Peter was referring to the server logs from your hosting server. Perhaps you though that he was referring to your admin control panel logs. That's somerthing totally different.
Your server logs should reveal the error message and help fix the issue. Using the old incfunctions file may seem to be ok for now, but it's best to get that resolved so you can continue to install updates in the future.
The changes from v7.0.5 to v7.0.7 don't seem to have caused a problem on any other site so it could just be the incfunctions.php file got corrupted somehow in the update. I really would just get a new copy and try again.
