My client sent me two emails. First described purchase of a candle making product that shows the error she had and the second is a follow up with more detail. Below are two emails. Any setting or problem that could be caused by update to latest version of 7.07?
First Email: ========= We have noticed a strange problem this morning. Someone placed an order for 10 lbs of Lux Linen (candle making product), but when we went to print out the order, the increment of 10 disappeared and it printed out as if they had ordered zero of the Lux Linen. However, even though the # ordered changed and it LOOKS as if they are not being charged for the 10 lbs of Lux Linen, the total still includes the 10 lbs of Lux Linen. Does this make sense? It's very confusing, and we have no idea why this is happening.
Second Email: =========== I have some additional info about this situation that may help as well. When we went to look at the product in question, we realized that the inventory was in negative, and we did not have enough on hand to fulfill this order. In the past the site would not allow people to order if there was not sufficient stock, and this has not happened with any other products that I can recall.
