Hi Bill Are both the Access databse and the SQL Server upsizing script on the same ECT version? It looks like you are using the script on an Access DB version pre-abandoned cart emails.
I've just sent Bill an updated version by email, but if anyone else has this problem it seems the scripts had been overwritten by an older version. I've updated it now and if anyone has problems I'll send you a new copy.
I uploaded the correct file and ran it again. Still getting:
Starting creating database tables. This can take some time so please don't refresh. Processing Table: abandonedcartemail Upsizing table abandonedcartemail Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e37'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'abandonedcartemail'.
Are you upsizing only rather than creating the SQL Server Database? If so, what version is the SQL Server database on? The line of the error it is trying to clean out the abandonedcartemail table but it seems it doesn't exist. If the SQL Server database were on v7.0 or v7.1 it would exist. If the SQL Server database is on a previous version you can either use an older version of the upsize script or just run the regular updatestore script on it to bring the database up to date.
Thanks for the support and the follow-up. Late night and bleary eyes didn't help last night. Once I got the correct download, I created the SQL database, upsized the Access database and then updated the store to the latest version of the shopping cart and it is all working like a charm now!
