No Matching Payment System

RRWT Starting Member 5 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 12/06/2019 : 08:55:08 We are a new user of ECT in the UK. We are using SagePay At the end of the transaction when the SagePay system hands back to ECT shopping cart it directs to the URL https://www.rrwt.org/thanks.php But the user gets a message No Matching Payment System direct navigation to that URL brings up the same message SagePay support say: your website is giving us a success URL of : https://www.rrwt.org/thanks.phpA; failure-url=https://www.rrwt.org/thanks.phpA This URL does not work and that is why customers are not seeing a confirmation Page. Not sure where the A came from but it makes no difference with it or without it Any ideas?

Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 12/06/2019 : 09:53:51 Hi RRWT I had a look at the URL's passed to SagePay and they are just fine, SuccessURL=https://www.rrwt.org/thanks.php FailureURL=https://www.rrwt.org/thanks.php But it looks like when you are on the thanks page you don't get the necessary parameters in the URL so that we can test the success of the transaction. It should look something like... https://www.rrwt.org/thanks.php?crypt=abcdefghijklmnopqrstuv One reason for that could be that your site is rewriting the URL. That is, you arrive on one URL but get switched to another and lose the query string (url parameters) in the process. I had a look in your .htaccess file and that could possibly be the cause. Could you try just as a test renaming the .htaccess file to say .htbackup and then try a test through SagePay and see if it works. Then rename the .htaccess file back in case it's doing anything important. I can't try a test myself as I can't put SagePay in demo mode.
