After some help last week from the ECT forum regarding adding a message during checkout, we added a note to say that over the weekend shipping would be delayed due to attending a funeral.
Much to our surprise we had many messages in ‘additional information’ from lovely customers expressing sympathy and concern.
How lovely is that? My faith in human nature is restored!
That's great Steve. Sorry to hear of your loss as well. I agree, it's hard these days to find good in the world, but it is out there, sometimes in unexpected places.
